Project Brief
This penthouse is mainly for inviting friends and family to private events. We aim to design & build a decent & functional place to let everyone enjoy.
The overall space has been optimized. The kitchen layout & storage have been reorganized to allow the chef to operate more smoothly during the dinner. The space under the staircase is set as a wine cellar with a wine fridge. Utilizing the "U shape area“ to set a built-in TV wall with Karaoke to increase the entertainment.
Feature pendant light and warm LED strip elevate the layer of the space and also provide a comfortable ambiance to the house.
Full-height marble porcelain cladding combined with the bronze tapware provides a premium feeling in the bathrooms.
The balcony is also a key area for this home. The seamless bamboo cladding and stone paving bring the natural elements and match the surrounding view so well.

The combination of high-end materials with proper lighting ambiance brings this project to the next level.
It not only achieves the client's expectations but also increases the potential value of the property.
Design Challenge
As a fully demolished and renovation project. The 4-month completion timeline is a big challenge to both the design process and the fit-out stage.
Because of the short timeframe, the material sourcing is another challenge, all the materials need to have a short lead time but with high quality.
But we worked so closely and efficiently with all the parties and made lots of effort to assist our client to achieve the dream.
Sustainability
We care about sustainability, therefore all the materials are sourced from the local market.
Especially for the balcony area, we apply the natural bamboo cladding system for the balcony wall. It is 100% natural material and construction waste could be recycled.
