Project Overview

This property development project revolves around the captivating concept of “quiet luxury,” which eloquently expresses the philosophy of “a journey of quiet luxury for mature minds.” It redefines the notion of living by transforming it into an understated spiritual experience that speaks to the soul. Furthermore, the design thoughtfully centers on a residential philosophy that prioritizes “human-centeredness, peace of mind, and nature.”

Project Brief

The building façade artfully displays staggered window boxes, each one framing a distinct view that transforms daily life into an exquisite gallery experience. As residents enter, they will be greeted by a grand lobby soaring nearly seven meters high, which significantly enhances the sense of ceremony upon returning home. Furthermore, the public facilities embody a Japanese-inspired ethos of spatial restraint and serenity, featuring elegant, gallery-like spaces such as the “Lan Yue Hall,” the “Tea Lounge of Harmony,” and the “Cloud Courtyard.” Moreover, a carefully curated natural color palette—rich in textures of stone, wood, and glass—evokes an atmosphere of understated luxury and tranquil elegance.

Project Innovation/Need

By skillfully employing minimalist architectural language, the project creates an inviting atmosphere that highlights a Japanese-inspired aesthetic, emphasizing the serene beauty of negative space. Moreover, the incorporation of artisan craftsmanship adds an extra layer of authenticity, resulting in living spaces that are not only warm and textured but also offer an intimate connection to the environment. Through this harmonious blend of design and philosophy, the project invites residents to embark on a fulfilling journey of elegant simplicity and tranquility.

Design Challenge

The integration of vertical greenery and open terraces seamlessly weaves the natural environment into the fabric of the community, offering a diverse array of opportunities for family gatherings, social interactions, and leisurely pursuits. In addition, the thoughtful design aligns with optimal sunlight patterns while maximizing cross-ventilation, ultimately creating a warm, inviting, and harmonious living atmosphere that residents can truly call home.

From its inception, this project has been meticulously crafted with an unwavering focus on sustainability, health, and inclusivity for individuals of all ages. As a testament to its dedication, it has successfully achieved five esteemed national-level certifications. The integration of Gold-level Green Building and Healthy Housing certifications exemplifies a profound commitment to both environmental stewardship and human-centered design. Specifically, the Green Building certification optimizes energy and water resource management through innovative measures such as rainwater harvesting and solar power generation. Furthermore, the Healthy Housing certification elevates living conditions by comprehensively enhancing air quality, water quality, lighting, and acoustic environments. In addition to these achievements, the project also embraces the Smart Building certification, which seamlessly integrates energy-efficient systems and cutting-edge intelligent technology to streamline residential management.
