Project Brief

In this particular project, the team has employed a simplistic and refined color scheme, along with a highly effective space planning strategy, to create a tranquil and comfortable living environment for a couple to share and cherish throughout their beautiful life together.The foyer and shared living area are seamlessly interlinked by an exquisite iron-shaped screen cabinet that cleverly doubles up as a storage unit and partition. The design team made a conscious decision to avoid the installation of a partition wall, opting instead to create an open space that blends the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one expansive area, providing an array of possibilities for the occupants.

Project Need

The uniform wall texture is not only aesthetically pleasing but also visually elongates the space. The open kitchen plan, complete with a center island bar, allows the hostess to prepare meals while still interacting with her family. The study boasts warm wood tones, adding a touch of elegance and charm to the area. An exclusive guitar storage display cabinet has been incorporated to cater to the owner's musical hobby and requirements, providing a purpose-built space to store guitars, speakers, effects, and other equipment.

Design Challenge

The study has become the owner's favorite space, a place where they can indulge in their passion for playing the guitar and creating romantic moments with their loved one. Not only does this exceptional project cater to the daily needs of the homeowner, but it also places a strong emphasis on utilizing eco-friendly materials and techniques. The dwelling is conveniently situated on a high floor, allowing natural light to permeate through the large windows and obviating the need for artificial illumination during the daytime.

Sustainability

Furthermore, to minimize energy consumption and promote sustainability, the designers have thoughtfully incorporated low-energy LED lighting and environmentally-friendly materials, such as painted wood veneer, low formaldehyde panels, and PERGO snap wood flooring. The team's unwavering commitment to implementing the four crucial environmental protection spirits of "Human Health", "Ecological Health", "Human Health", and "Earth Sustainability" has culminated in the creation of a harmonious and sustainable abode for the lucky homeowners.
