Project Overview
The proprietor aspired to enhance their home's comfort by making some modifications. Therefore, the design team collaborated with the proprietor to establish a theme for the space, which underscored the correlation between light and shadow as well as family bonding. The team endeavored to refine the pre-existing building's configuration and rectify any present dilemmas.

Moreover, 3D technology is employed to assess the surroundings, illumination circumstances, and other aspects to design a distinctive living milieu while retaining the primary functions of the original edifice. Furthermore, they tackled concerns such as the absence of washrooms on the first and second floors and uneven floor levels.The house’s exterior is adorned with raw concrete, and the use of colors and textures helps it blend in with the nearby family village. This avoids a jarring contrast between the modern minimalist style and the traditional architecture.
Project Innovation/Need
The use of low-color tones is consistent throughout the exterior and interior, and the curved wall design, along with the interplay of light and shadows, creates a layered effect. The team also reconfigured the balcony to create a virtual space exclusively for the master bedroom. This fosters interaction between the upper and lower floors and connects the interior and exterior spaces, visually extending the living area.

Sustainability
The layout of the residential area is meticulously planned to not only enhance natural light, but also incorporates window embellishments and reflective glass film to obstruct external heat. Furthermore, low energy consumption and high-powered LED lighting are thoughtfully employed to effectively attain energy efficiency and decrease carbon emissions. The building materials selected are of low formaldehyde environmental protection quality, thereby mitigating the release of dangerous elements. This guarantees a wholesome and comfortable dwelling place for its inhabitants.
