Project Overview

The personality and preferences of a homeowner are reflected in the design of their residence. In this case, the designers considered the interests of a restaurant owner and wine enthusiast, resulting in a lounge bar that is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a drink. To match the homeowner's taste, the color black dominates the space, creating a unique and stylish look that is characterized by calmness and simplicity.

Project Brief

This project stands out from traditional space designs by incorporating a dark and unique style to create a one-of-a-kind living space for the homeowner. The designer carefully planned the use of various soft furnishings with different textures to create depth, which was then enhanced with the addition of flowing lights to highlight the high quality of the textures. In addition, the design is further enhanced by the use of overlapping marble, stone veneer, and modern lighting. The end result is a personalized living environment exclusively tailored to the homeowner's needs.

Project Need

Upon entering the public area, one cannot help but marvel at the sheer creativity of the designer. The space exudes an aura of mystery and depth, thanks to the clever use of various materials such as marble, stone veneer, art paint, gray glass, and water ripple panel. The living room and lounge bar, which serve as the heart of the public area, are nothing short of breathtaking. The metal corrugated lamps add a touch of elegance to the living room, while the Italian black wood marble tiles impart a unique and spiritual beauty to the overall ambiance. Adjacent to the sofa is an open study and gaming area, which has been thoughtfully separated by a low wall to create a sense of openness. The Lounge Bar, in particular, stands out as the owner's favorite area, where they can often be found enjoying a glass of wine or meditating in peace. The attention to detail and thoughtful design choices truly make this public area a sight to behold.

Design Challenge

As you stroll through the hallway, you'll immediately notice the striking iron-gray art paints and linear lighting that adorn the walls and ceilings. The combination of unique material texture and asymmetrical lighting design exudes an inner sense of extravagance and fashion that is sure to impress. Continuing into the private area, the dark aesthetics of the design only enhance the space further. The master bedroom boasts a stunning back wall above the bed crafted from gray glass and black iron grilles, adding to the space's visual allure. Along with ample storage and display space, this room is as functional as it is stylish. The second bedroom continues the iron-gray art-painted walls, but this time with a unique hand-painted texture that adds depth and character. The double-circle wall lamp above the bed on the back wall creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere that is reminiscent of an eclipse, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Sustainability

This project places environmental protection as a top priority by adhering to the green building materials standard. It employs woodworking formaldehyde remover and easy-to-clean materials to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. LED lights serve as the primary lighting equipment in the room, delivering energy-saving and carbon-reducing effects due to their low-energy consumption and high-efficiency characteristics. In addition, the usage of marble, rock slabs, extravagant stone tiles, and art paints effectively mitigates the dust problem generated during the construction process and indirectly prevents air pollution.
