It is also the leading direction and key area for the development of provincial capital cities approved by the State Council. Design concept: The charm of Jinlu, the fusion of luxury and quality
Jinlu, in the case name, "Jin" represents luxury and delicacy, while "Lu" symbolizes quality and comfort. In our spatial design philosophy, we will fully integrate the essence of both, creating a luxurious and high-quality living environment.
In terms of spatial layout, we pursue a design that is both layered and transparent. By cleverly dividing the space, each functional area is independent and connected to each other, creating a space atmosphere that is both private and open. At the same time, we will focus on the smoothness of the flow, allowing people to freely shuttle through the space and enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable life experience.
In terms of material selection, we will use materials that combine luxury and quality. Choose high-end decorative materials, such as exquisite wallpaper, gorgeous chandeliers, elegant furniture, etc., to showcase the luxurious temperament of Jinlu. At the same time, we will also pay attention to the texture and comfort of materials, choose materials with a warm touch and excellent texture, and create a warm and comfortable living environment.

In this unique spatial design, we take Song rhyme, ritual sequence, and jade as the cultural foundation, integrate modern, luxurious, and artistic innovative elements, and create a unique space that inherits millennium-old cultural heritage and is full of modern luxury atmosphere.

Design Challenge

The challenge of materials and craftsmanship: In the selection of materials, especially natural materials such as jade, their texture, texture, color, etc. have unique characteristics. How to fully utilize the characteristics of these materials and coordinate them with modern design elements is an important challenge. In addition, the connection and transition between different materials also need to be carefully handled to ensure the overall coordination and unity of the effect.

Sustainability

In terms of material selection, we prioritize the use of green, environmentally friendly, and renewable building materials. For example, some walls and floors are made of recyclable wood materials, which not only provide a warm touch but also have environmental characteristics. The selection of jade also follows the principle of sustainable mining, ensuring the rational utilization of resources.
