Located in one of Kew’s most distinguished pockets, Daracombe is comprised of 14 timeless residences by the revered Paul Conrad, with gardens by John Patrick. The distinct materiality of the architecture was the inspiration for our design-led brand direction, which featured still life imagery and a beautifully refined colour palette. All elements of the brand were also geared towards encapsulating the very premium, high-end nature of the project. 
Broadway

Tastefully paying tribute to the location's past as an adult entertainment venue and making way for new beginnings, Broadway sees rich textures communicating timeless sophistication across every touchpoint. Fronted by a contemporary facade, the built form asserts a distinctive presence while remaining unobtrusive, understated and elegant. Interiors have been curated to encapsulate the essence of liveable sophistication and evoke a sense of home. 
The International

The International was designed to emulate an immersive and yet abstract piece of art. Crafted with the utmost respect for exceptional, intuitive living – as well as leaving a well-honed legacy of architectural elegance on the landscape – we were able to tap into the subliminal codes of supreme quality and intentional living this savvy market are familiar with. Creating a brand and campaign that exudes a deliberate duality of elegance and creativity, The International is a homage to the refined beauty and intentional living that underpin life in Brighton.

From ICON Developments with architecture by MAA and landscaping by Eckersley Garden Architecture, Inkerman & Nelson is a series of two and three-storey townhomes near vibrant Carlisle Street in Melbourne's inner south-east. We utilised a playful, lifestyle-focused brand, with a brand lock up that referenced both street names and cleverly conveyed the project’s enviable corner site.

A boutique series of three bedroom luxury park-side residences composed by masterful studios DKO Architecture, Mim Design and Paul Bangay. These 12 apartments are impeccably positioned right across the road from Balwyn Park, with prime access to the Balwyn Cinema, and the restaurants, boutiques, services and schools that collectively form the suburb’s revered identity.
