Everlane, Cremorne
Graphic Design - Identity and Branding - Property | Creator: Grenade Studio | Commissioner: CostaFox Developments
Everlane, Cremorne is a premium strata title commercial development by CostaFox Developments. This new commercial development embodies all the hallmarks of its predecessor minus the heritage component and is intentionally branded to be a ‘sister’ to Encore. Encore was fully sold before it went market release, which bodes well for Everlane.
To recreate the winning formula, CostaFox reassembled the same architectural, interior design, landscape, brand and sales team to deliver this commercial development.
Referencing the historical cues of the neighbourhood and reflecting the heritage aspects of the precursor project Encore – this building is designed to feel at home in Cremorne.
9 storeys high, with 24 tenancies on offer, plus ground floor retail opportunity, and the first street accessible, communal green space in the Gordon St precinct.
Sora, Gold Coast
Graphic Design - Identity and Branding - Property | Creator: Grenade Studio Pty Ltd | Commissioner: Jinding
So much more than a seasonal holiday haven – Surfers Paradise is a seaside city undergoing a reinvention. Our client Jinding recognised this and worked with architects DKO to design a residential response that spoke to the notion of home – rather than resort style living. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences that take in sweeping views – not just of the ocean, but the hinterland, river and coastline. Designed by architects DKO to appeal to a broad market looking to purchase a home (or investment) in a warm and inviting sky rise development that respects the desire to call Surfers Paradise home.

Kaleida
Graphic Design - Identity and Branding - Corporate | Creator: Grenade Studio | Commissioner: Kaleida
When our client wanted to move beyond property development, we were engaged to rename, rebrand and reposition the business. While evolving the brand, we were mindful not to lose any of the intelligence, professionalism and experience at the heart of this multi-family business.
The brand we developed was Kaleida – a name and a graphic response inspired by the beauty and dynamic nature of a kaleidoscope. An engaging use of colour, texture and imagery reflects the diversity of the business and its ever-evolving offer. Above all, the new brand speaks to the opportunity and flexibility of its exciting future.
