Design Challenge
Spyre’s primary design challenge was to redefine the Hampton market's perception of apartment living by prioritising interior design. Rather than conforming to prevailing trends, Spyre aimed to establish a visionary apartment development that would elevate interior quality standards to a new pinnacle in this locale.
Our objective was to create an environment that harmonised the comforts of contemporary apartment living with the sophistication and luxury typically found in custom-designed homes, effectively blurring the lines between the two. This challenge required a meticulous selection of materials, an acute understanding of the market's evolving desires, impeccable timing in project execution, and effective communication to convey this innovative vision to potential residents and investors.
Balancing these elements was pivotal in creating a project that not only met but exceeded the expectations of discerning Hampton residents.
Sustainability

Eaves, well-planned landscaping, and double glazing have been carefully employed to mitigate heat absorption and heat loss, and subsequently, lower energy consumption and associated costs.
