Project Brief

An established Australian property group, Novm projects range from luxury residential developments to master-planned communities and new inner-city neighbourhoods. With over $1.6B in projects completed and $1.4B in projects under management, the Novm brand had to reflect a passion for innovation and delivery.

Seesaw was engaged to reposition the brand strategically in the market, respecting its impressive past while crafting a brand for the future. Following a comprehensive strategic phase, the outcome was a brand that reflected its respectful culture, leading insight, constant drive and measured confidence. A brand that was seamlessly integrated across digital, spatial, and printed touchpoints.

Project Innovation/Need

The Australian division of Aouyan International engaged Seesaw to strategically reposition its brand in the market after substantial business restructuring and a focus on diversification. The result was a new name, a new chapter and a fresh approach.

Novm, derived from the Latin word for "new", encapsulated the company's vision and strategic positioning. New investments. New thinking. New futures.

The primary challenge lay in developing a brand built upon years of expertise, unparalleled industry insight, and a global reputation, while simultaneously embodying a fresh name, approach and mission.

Effectiveness

The brand's introduction into the market was a great success, earning the admiration of clients, investors, and staff alike. Repositioned and renamed, Novm has cemented its position as a key player in the Australian property and investment sector.




This award celebrates creative and innovative design in the traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching information style to audience.
