Project Brief
It was paramount for ANZCA to be able to amplify its news and insights to elevate and sustain its credibility as a leading membership organisation in the medical space, but its previous site’s search experience needed to be improved, and content findability enhanced.
Project Need
ANZCA needed a flexible content solution that would not only support its immediate website redesign but also allow for content to be reused, shared, and scaled across future digital platforms — including potential mobile apps, microsites, and campaign channels.
User Experience
A key takeaway from the discovery phase of the project was the need to improve the search experience of the website and fix the search feature so that the correct content loads properly when searched for.
Improving this, as well as the navigation and Information Architecture (IA), meant that the users could find the correct content that they needed, and faster than before.
Project Marketing
Luminary delivered an end-to-end digital transformation that significantly enhanced ANZCA’s website experience. Replatforming to Xperience by Kentico provided a future-proof solution with seamless integrations, whilst a strategic content overhaul and redesign improved the site's search experience.
The improved website is now not only streamlined for content discovery and usability, but it also elevates ANZCA’s ability to engage, inform, and support its diverse audience, reinforcing its position as a leader in the medical space.
Project Privacy
ANZCA does not sell any of the personal information it collects. When ANZCA engages third parties to provide products and/or services to ANZCA, such as IT service providers and payment processors, such third parties may have access to personal information they hold about individuals. ANZCA does not authorise those third parties to use any personal information disclosed to or accessed by the third party for any purpose other than to facilitate the third party’s completion of its obligations owed to ANZCA. ANZCA will only do this where it is necessary or appropriate to achieve the purposes set out in this Collection Notice. for more information, visit ANZCA's privacy policy: https://www.anzca.edu.au/getContentAsset/47352450-83bd-4f49-9092-7653c7b1a2b3/80feb437-d24d-46b8-a858-4a2a28b9b970/Privacy_Policy.pdf?language=en&view=1
