Project Overview

The primary objective of the residential project was to establish a serene and capacious living environment. Initially, the original layout of the house seemed to be suffocating, so the team opted for an open layout plan instead. It was crucial to incorporate earthy hues and cozy furnishings throughout the space to ensure uniformity. The outcome is a tranquil, refined, and felicitous abode that provides a delightful dwelling experience to its dwellers.

Project Brief

The team employed a brilliant approach to divide the dusty area without obstructing the natural light and sight lines. Instead of relying on traditional physical partition walls, they opted for a unique design of flooring and grille. The public area was thoughtfully planned in an open design, breaking the limitations of the layout and expanding the space.

Project Need

The study and bookcase on the side of the dining room features an interactive use of the glass sliding door and multi-directional diagonal design, producing diverse visual effects depending on usage conditions. This design provides the flexibility to adjust the study space according to the user's needs, offering both privacy and interactivity.

Design Challenge

The magnificent greenery surrounding the master bedroom provided the team with inspiration to plan a bedroom area by the window, allowing the homeowner to revel in the tranquil scenery, engage in leisurely reading, take a rejuvenating nap, and unwind. Environmental protection has become a crucial aspect of spatial design, with a growing emphasis on related issues and concepts since the 1960s. In designing a case, the team aims to incorporate the original ecological environment of the location, providing residents with a beautiful view and promoting eco-friendliness.

Sustainability

The building materials used are calcium silicate boards, which are fireproof, moisture-proof, moth-proof, and sound-proof, as well as Deli Coatings bamboo charcoal eco-friendly latex, which purifies the air, prevents mold and mildew, and resists moisture and stains. These materials enhance the durability and safety of the residence. The lighting fixtures are energy-saving LED lights with low energy consumption and high power, effectively achieving energy saving and carbon reduction.
