Organisation
Project Brief
Incubated at the Harvard Innovation Labs, smoodi was founded by a Harvard Business School student, Pascal Kriesche. As a mechanical engineer, entrepreneurship student, and smoothie lover, Pascal merged his passions to create smoodi.
Project Innovation/Need
Operating on a subscription model, smoodi provides customers with all required hardware - comprising of the IoT connected, self-servicing blender, as well as a freezer to store the premade smoothie pods also included in the subscription.
Requiring only 2 sq ft of countertop, the smoodi blender allows users to choose their favorite base flavor, add various nutritious boosters such as chia, and macha, pick a liquid base, and select desired thickness.
Throughout this whole process, the blender allows users to see everything, from the ingredients to the blending and cleaning process.
