Project Brief

Entering the public area, one will notice that the white base is decorated with light root-pink furniture accessories outlined with metal lines. In addition, black and white marble textures are used on the TV wall to add visual layers. Towards the dining area, the simple and clean black, white and gray tones are used as the main axis of the space, creating a modern and elegant attitude. Moving slowly to the private area, different color configurations delineate the respective zones. On the other hand, one of the bedrooms is decorated with deep lotus pink, which continues the white color and marble surface, together with wooden chairs, creating a soft, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Project Need

In addition, a special mirrored closet is used to extend and enlarge the visual space to meet the storage needs and make the space more spacious. The other bedroom is decorated with gray and blue tones while continuing the white color, creating a personalized space with a different style. The project’s main goal is to enhance the residents' comfort and quality of life. Through the designers' proper planning of every corner of the space and increased storage configurations, the project breaks the limitations of small spaces and provides multiple and convenient functions.

Design Challenge

Moreover, the clever use of an open cabinet design allows personal accessories, clothing, and supplies to become decorative items in the space, adding personal style and visual effects. The overall space is created in a simple, refined, comfortable, and harmonious style, with asymmetrical and linear elements to create layers and tastes of space, giving the residents a simple, refreshing, and soothing living experience.

Sustainability

The designer uses environmentally friendly latex paint, stone, and system board materials throughout the house for this project. By strictly selecting the quality of building materials, the four major environmental spirits, including healthy living, ecological health, human-centered health, and global sustainability, are realized. At the same time, indoor air quality is guaranteed, allowing the residents to live in a healthy and secure environment. In addition, LED lighting is used throughout the room to reduce power consumption and achieve energy-saving and carbon-reducing effects. In addition, the carpet is made of sustainable natural fiber material, which satisfies both environmental protection and practicality by not producing harmful gases or waste and providing additional insulation. Through the team's ingenious design, the concept of environmental protection and green energy is carried through to every detail of the space, making the home a comfortable spatial experience and healthy and sustainable.
