The project is located in the Huangdao District of Qingdao, the new capital center of Huangdao District, and the integration zone of production and residence. Surrounded by universities, a double subway station city finance, and urgent development. A forward-looking practice of an ideal unit for future life in Qingdao - TOD attribute park blocks, breaking the city's "mosaic" of ideal life and allowing a few people to live in parks. Through the long-term operation of space and community, we aim to create a borderless neighborhood with a vibrant atmosphere, providing customers with diverse living values in a sustainable manner. This project is inspired by the "earth", in ancient Greek mythology, the mother Earth created all life, including human beings, symbolizing light and hope."Ideal" is to encourage people to find their own ideal place. The design team integrates rich industrial structure and life mode into the project. The project is conceived as Qingdao's "ideal Silicon Valley" to guide community dialogue and break the traditional concept of real estate sales. Project Brief

Front hall -- "New Life Art Installation": The whole property and the local landmark city buildings are immersed in the surroundings of the double subway, and the lush green plants at the bottom represent vitality and sustainable development, spreading the design concept of diversity and environmental protection. Market area: We integrate retail, cultural, and creative, as well as children's reading and entertainment in the market, and set all the retail products of "Heyupi", outdoor camping sports supplies, cultural and creative handicrafts, household goods, coffee products, books, plants, and flowers in one of the market space, which is the first market product in Poly's sustainable development and word series products. Cafe under the Tree: Under the tree, the comfortable and soft leather sofa and the grinding aroma of Aracabi beans fill the air. The fast pace of the city seems to be pressed the pause button, allowing visitors to temporarily forget the pressure of work and the trivialities of life, and immerse themselves in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere...

Project Need

Large areas of floor-to-ceiling glazing allow natural light to reduce energy use. A large amount of environmentally friendly wood is used in both hard and soft designs, and bionic leather is used in fabric to reduce killing. Through clever collocation and design, a park community model with a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors is built.

Design Challenge

How to create a new "ideal land" in real estate products? Soft installation should be combined with hard installation to first realize the division of functional areas, ensure the integrity of functional areas, improve sales load factor, and integrate the new market concept to achieve a long-term operation model; the soft decoration design expression of the new market products, both visually rich, material color unity, but also highlight the hot life, the core design concept; Combine life with nature in terms of indoor and outdoor scenery to create a seamless indoor and outdoor park community.
