Project Brief
Located at Anping District in Tainan City full of native cultures and local foods, the building emotional connects to the people’s life.
Project Need
The rooms are mostly Japanese-style, of which each room has unique balcony exclusively for guests. Given the dining is on the second floor and the BBQ is on the fifth, the rooms on these floors have wall beds and sliding doors that make each room conveniently accessible for having party.
The rooms on the fifth floors are decorated with the glass ceiling and floors, which fill the indoor space with sufficient sunlight.
Design Challenge
To transmit the theme of traveling, the designer deliberately decorates the hall on the first floor with diverse wooden materials, making the public space amiably accessible for sharing life experiences among customers.
Sustainability
For the desire to create a family-like hotel filled with local sceneries, the client names the B&B as “Viva la Vivace” that symbolizes the heartening life style.
