Inovi, by Cozzcorp Group, exists to deliver excellence.

Delivering end-to-end construction services with a ‘can do’ attitude, this is a brand that rolls up its sleeves and always delivers for its clients.

For close to 20 years the Cozzcorp brand has delivered excellence through attention to detail, a love for design and qualified architectural skills, they have grown from experience and display a passion for perfection in all that they do.

Project Brief

Until recently, Cozzcorp has primarily existed as a brand offering building services across commercial, industrial and office/retail fit-out. TOAST was engaged to identify the purpose of their commercial building arm and assess how our team could successfully support its transformation by creating a new, aspirational brand.
Looking at a business and brand transformation, our relevant challenges were to:

-Develop awareness of Cozzcorp in the hospitality industry
-Shift the business ambition & model
-Communicate the brand’s vision, mission & purpose
-Showcase the business’ unwavering client commitment

We needed to clearly express the business’ rational and emotional value; helping to connect and build loyalty with customers.

Project Innovation/Need

Introducing Inovi.

Embodying the integrity and ingenuity that underpin the company, Inovi reflects a commitment to delivering excellence. This brand concept positions design and innovation at the centre and harnesses methodologies which advance in tandem with emerging technologies and client needs. Going above and beyond to deliver the perfect outcome, Inovi embraces innovation, builds trustworthy relationships and always goes the extra mile.

On an internal level and with small to large-scale clients, those at Cozzcorp Group do what they say and say what they do. Always looking to do the right thing and raise the bar in everyday delivery, they apply a superior, qualitative and comprehensive process for their people, clients and suppliers. Building on this foundation of consistently looking to deliver passion and excellence, we created the tagline ‘Design & Build Excellence,’ not only capturing their dedication to raising the bar, yet capturing the two areas wherein they work best.

Design Challenge

When ideating the brand’s translation into an uplifted visual look & feel, our stakeholder interviews and market analysis revealed that Cozzcorp was seeking an innovative, fresh and clean brand. One that clearly communicated their passion and drive for advancing in tandem with the market and staying abreast of trends and emerging technologies.

With a nod to innovation, future-focused thinking and cutting-edge approaches, this brand came to life in a bronze-toned wordmark formulated in a uniform grid pattern. This design embodies the forward-thinking approach that is core to the brand and conveys the quality techniques that separate Inovi as a leader in the industry. Furthermore, their corporate colour palette features tones of white, charcoal and bronze; monochromatic and metallic colours which are indicative of the quality, strength and dedication that underpin Inovi.

Effectiveness

Cozzcorp Group successfully launched Inovi in March of 2023. TOAST partnered with their team to deliver their full branding suite, website design, logotype VFX and the creative direction of a brand launch video for their unmissable event.




This award celebrates creative and innovative design in the traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching information style to audience.
