Project Overview
In this project, the designer prioritized incorporating cultural elements and a personal touch to the space, taking into account the lifestyles and needs of the siblings. The renovation was done on an existing residence surrounded by lush greenery. The designer opted for an open layout to maximize the shared living area and utilized large windows to invite natural light into the space. This resulted in a beautiful play of light and shadows, highlighting the greenery outside and creating a unique feature of the project.

Project Brief
The shared living area is designed with a clever separation of the tiled dust area and the wooden flooring. The space is filled with natural light, creating a bright and spacious environment. The living room, dining area, and kitchen integrate seamlessly, creating a smooth, flowing line. The TV wall is made of light wood grain, while the TV cabinet is made of dark wood grain, creating a layered and aesthetic facade.
Project Need
On the other hand, wood furniture is planned throughout the dining area to create a cohesive look. Also., the lattice cabinet doors define the areas. In contrast, half of the open cabinets are set up with dark marble material, creating a rustic and internal texture for the display platform. Glass sliding doors have been thoughtfully installed as a partition for the kitchen to prevent grease and smoke from flowing everywhere.
Design Challenge
As you enter the master bedroom, you'll notice the predominant use of wooden colors that create a serene and calm atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and peaceful sleeping experience. The designer has used glass for the cabinet doors, which can be used to showcase books, trendy toys, or collectibles, adding a personalized touch to the space while serving a practical function. The designer has crafted a space that seamlessly blends form and function. A serene Zen ambiance has been created by utilizing a mix of dark and light shades of wood, special paint, rattan, and other elements. This allows residents to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the residence and contemplate the beauty of life.
Sustainability
The house has external windows in both public and private areas, which allows for ample natural light and fresh air to enter the room. This helps to save energy, reduce carbon emissions, and maintain air quality. Additionally, the use of waterproof, breathable, durable, and moisture-regulating clay materials reduces pollution and is safe for human health. This ensures that residents can live comfortably and with peace of mind.
