Project Overview
This interior project at hand entails the creation of a multi-unit, tri-level duplex with limited foundation capacity and insufficient lighting in both the front and back areas. The designer's primary goal is to enhance living conditions by improving the circulation of air, water, and light. The homeowner's preference for a white color scheme has resulted in a simple yet elegant aesthetic that exudes a sense of cleanliness and natural beauty.

Project Brief
Furthermore, this design choice not only reflects more light but also creates an illusion of spaciousness, making the interior space appear visually appealing and comfortable. Ultimately, this project serves as a testament to how small yet significant design decisions have the power to transform a living space into a warm and welcoming home. The abode boasts an elegant white shade, complemented by inviting wooden accents to establish a warm and welcoming ambiance. The greenery is thoughtfully placed throughout the dwelling to create a natural and comfortable living environment.
Project Need
To address the issue of insufficient lighting and ventilation, the team devised an ingenious patio design that opens up the center of the area, enabling natural light, air, and water to permeate the room. The layout and greenery impeccably blend together, creating a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for daily living. Moreover, the patio serves as a unifying element, connecting each floor and promoting interaction and emotional bonds between family members.
Design Challenge
This project prioritizes environmental protection and sustainable development while also meeting the family's preferences and functional needs. To achieve this, the design team planned the project with an environmental protection method that used proportion and material matching instead of a detailed manufacturing process, which indirectly avoids excessive waste of resources.
Sustainability
The team also used low-VOC coating materials to minimize the impact on air quality. Additionally, the team introduced a patio design into the space to increase indoor lighting. In addition, the designer used low-energy-consuming and highly-efficient LED lighting to achieve energy savings and carbon reduction. By using concrete environmental protection materials and methods, residents can live comfortably and healthily while also protecting the environment and leaving a sustainable world for future generations.
