Detailed UX research and UX workshops were undertaken to lay the foundations of a customer-centric transformation and new website.

Central to this project was the prioritisation of elevating the user experience. A meticulous approach was adopted, entailing extensive UX research and engagement in UX workshops. This encompassed thorough investigation of competitors, aggregation of audience data and user insights, the creation of empathy maps, meticulous customer journey mapping, and the formulation of MVP story maps.
The redesigned Lounge Lovers website showcases an array of UX enhancements. These span the gamut of site architecture, navigation, mechanisms for product discovery, filtering options, strategic product presentation, customer-focused content integration, optimisation of site speed, and refining the cart and checkout process.
