Huaxin ATLAS（Guangzhou) is the first high-end ecological office project settled in Haizhu District by ATLAS. As a leading full-chain operator of commercial offices, ATLAS will build one-stop office solutions for enterprises and members in the zone through years of matured operation and management experience in shared office, commercial management, property management and construction management.

Project Brief

As a shared office project, we integrated the concept of agility, diversity, efficiency and intelligence in the design, broke from the monotonous routine of traditional office space, planned flexible and inclusive workspace and aesthetics to create a humanized and intelligent space, to realize perfect combination of one-stop service and one-stop office.

Project Innovation/Need

The traditional single layout of front office-corridor-office is abandoned, and the public area at the main entrance on the first floor is replaced by a completely opened and diversified space. We designed a coffee bar reception area with unique style at the entrance according to the ATLAS logo, making you enjoy the space. The walls are decorated with artistic fonts to illustrate the ATLAS culture, and soft lighting is attractive and will create a spatial focus. Furthermore, we creatively designed the artistic chandeliers with logo elements, making the space with unique style and displaying the brand and values of ATLAS vividly.

Design Challenge

As a shared office space, the design needs to take into account the needs of different company teams, while ensuring the integration of office areas and leisure spaces. The design of this case integrates some fixed functions into the office areas so that everyone can use them at any time, and these areas can be used as leisure and relaxation places at any time, planting the anchor of belonging for the workforce. In addition, following the original layout logic, the office area and public area of each department are not separated by physical walls, but instead of activity partition decoration to make it more possible for future space utilization and adjustment. In order to maintain the conference room more serious, the conference room was designed with simple and elegant light gray tone to make it possible to recognize the character of calm and peace, but also to allow conferees more efficient and focused.

Sustainability

The creation of Huaxin ATLAS（Guangzhou) aims to help employees create high-quality office experience from work, life to social interaction, and make the working style more flexible and comfortable, so as to meet the office needs of different enterprises. At the same time, the design of the whole project also introduces advanced intelligent equipment, such as automatic control function of lighting, which is selected and installed according to LEED environmental certification standards to make it more futuristic and promote the efficient office work.
