Project Overview
The site is a ten-year apartment. The project is named "Pure Realm" because of its style and design. The design team used black and white to highlight the essence of the space and embellished it with titanium-plated trims and lacquer to give a textured look to the pure color palette. Finally, they took curved shapes to connect each area, making the interior look open and grand.
The black and white and minimalist of the project conveys pure beauty and then brings a cozy atmosphere. In the open plan, natural light can illuminate every corner. The orderly arrangement of depths creates a better depth of view, which in turn realizes the effect of enlarging the space. A family of three can live a happy and fulfilling life here.

Project Brief
In the infinite universe, the stars shine. It is as if each residence in the city is filled with its character and charm. An elegant arc glides by, a moon falling in the center of the room causing ripples. The interplay of stone and wood patterns emphasizes texture, yet the black-and-white space reveals a minimalist aesthetic. The curved shape outlines the blueprint of life, while the understated rose gold trim embellishes the space, creating a cozy home for a family of three.
Home is the place where family members are united. In addition to using black and white as the base, the design team installed the moon lamp in the center of the space to illuminate the core of the home. At the same time, they placed a warm wooden table in the dark-colored dining room, also based on the concept of depth and shades.
Project Innovation/Need
Highlighting the essence of space
Among the pure color blocks, the design team took the alternation of shades to change the space and make it have more layers. In the social area, they arranged the proportion of black and white according to the direction of lighting, from light to dark, to maximize the extension of light and vision.
Minimalist yet Textured
In addition to using black and white as the main colors, the design team also used arcs to balance the overly cool tone and lighting. The curves of the arcs can beautifully connect the various areas, giving the illusion of forward vision and meeting the client's imagination of "minimalistic" in the home. In terms of design, the project utilizes circular arcs to connect the various areas. In terms of color, black and white brings visual effect to realize the minimalist style.
Design Challenge
The site is a 10-year apartment. After analyzing its conditions, the design team found that it required complicated pre-production work. Under the double pressure of schedule and cost, the design team had to accurately grasp the client's needs and ideas. The male and female owners had different views on the style of the space. Through communication and coordination, they established a sense of consensus and trust with the designers. In the end, the concepts of black and white, cleanliness, and minimalism were summarized, and the allocation of the space was planned according to the ratio of usage to achieve a good experience.
Sustainability
The project is created with green building materials qualified by national standards. Innovative building materials such as slab tiles can achieve the same visual effect as marble, and at the same time reduce the over-exploitation of the earth's resources. In addition, the veneer is made from low-formaldehyde materials to reduce the potential for harmful airborne emissions.
The building where the site is located is free from obstruction, so electrical equipment can be dispensed with. The open plan allows for unobstructed circulation between the front and rear balconies. Good air circulation and green building materials provide a high quality of life for the family.
