Project Brief
Treadstone’s rebranding project aimed to create excitement and elevate the company's image to appeal to larger clients and top-tier talent. Through intensive workshops, we discovered Treadstone's unique position in the market, driven by its senior team's diverse experience and deep insights.
From there we were tasked to develop a fresh and engaging approach to rebrand Treadstone to compete with the big four consultancies and international banks.

The rebranding highlights Treadstone's ability to combine the expertise and reliability of large consultancies with the personalized, bespoke services of boutique firms. This novel approach not only differentiates Treadstone in a competitive market but also positions them as a leader in providing tailored solutions that unlock possibilities for their clients.

Another challenge was timing and communication, as we had to ensure that the rebranding process was smooth and aligned with Treadstone’s ongoing business operations, maintaining consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
