Project Brief
The ink-and-wash style luxury stone wall at the entrance hall highlights an Oriental charm, combining cleanliness and restraint while conveying a sense of ceremony. The cabinet's systematic storage inside reflects the lifestyle of the target clientele. The living room, with dimensions of 6000*6400, integrates with the dining room, which is nearly 11 meters in length, using an enclosed sand layout. The brand is Italian RELFEX, positioning it as luxurious and minimalist. The coffee table combines stone and metal materials, while single chairs and corner tables echo the curved background of the hard furnishings, layered with light brown-yellow leather for color. The dining room features a selection that is modern and elegant. The marble dining table is enhanced with a thick metal frame on the outer rim to reinforce a sense of weightiness. The chairs are simple and atmospheric, with metal details reflecting an Eastern temperament. The use of lychee pattern leather and pearl fish skin on both sides strengthens the layering. In the master bedroom, the hard furnishing background wall has a strong sense of design and detail. The bed screen is chosen for its simplicity, with a metal frame and a luminous marble surface on the bed top, enhancing the details and sense of quality.
Project Innovation/Need
The multifunctional room (tea room) uses screens to enhance spatial layers and atmosphere, while bookshelves enhance functionality, overall embodying a more contemporary international feel. Plan two adjusts the layout to create a study room atmosphere. The children's room, themed around trendy play, targets middle school students with an international perspective. It incorporates personalized elements such as large areas of green wallpaper and black leather items accented with silver metal, creating a more distinctive atmosphere. Decoratively, it features the "IF Speaker David" brand's David Gorilla to enhance interest. The overall design uses carefully selected materials, colors, and furniture, along with a focus on details, to create a high-quality living space that combines Oriental charm with modern aesthetics.
Design Challenge
To optimize layout within limited space, ensuring each area is both independent and harmoniously unified, while meeting practical residential needs and comfort, involves detailed functional analysis and streamlined design. Customized furniture and built-in storage solutions are used to maximize space efficiency. Selecting appropriate materials and decorations involves balancing aesthetic appeal and cost control, considering long-term maintenance. This approach aims to balance design aesthetics with economic feasibility, choosing high-performance materials and decor within budget constraints, while also ensuring durability and maintenance considerations.
Sustainability
The living room is designed without a main light fixture, maintaining a unified overall aesthetic while integrating energy-saving lighting fixtures, injecting a green environmental concept into the space. In terms of material selection, the original texture and tactile feel of marble and wood veneer exude a natural and rustic charm. Environmentally friendly metals and glass are incorporated into the space, achieving harmony between technology and materials. Additionally, the embellishment of green plants and micro-landscapes brings infinite vitality and dynamism to the project.
