Project Overview
The original intention of this project is to create an unconventional model room with a sense of home experience, providing each homeowner with a comfortable and pleasant visual experience in a warm family living environment, tailored to the preferences and collections of the intended audience. Home is a harbor for people to anchor, as well as the starting point of an ideal life. In the "La Centrale" project featuring the 128-square-meter model apartment, designers aim to create a tasteful and personalized living space for families. Drawing inspiration from the life philosophies and interests of the male host, female host, and boy, the design integrates elements of nature exploration, art, and trendy play into the space. This creates a home environment that is adventurous yet warm and comfortable.

Project Brief
The living room employs practical and minimalist design techniques, decorating the overall space with beige and gray as the main color tones, enhancing the quality of life in a subdued manner. Discarding intricate decorations, leaves room for life to unfold romantically.
The living room is not only the main space for family activities. Dad is screening movies, and Mom and daughter are quietly reading books accompanied by music. Each family member has their own activity space, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. When the morning sun fills the corners, it's time for breakfast for the family of three. The living room fills with music, notes dancing freely in the space, and every souvenir from outings bathes in the magnificent symphony of life. "Life spends one-third of its time in sleep. Rather than designing a space, it's more about creating an ideal dream home." The bedroom is a soft space where one can lie quietly in bed, read a book, bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city, and peacefully enter dreams with family.
Project Innovation/Need
People who know how to enjoy life also know how to create romance. In the living space, the designer re-planned the layout of the unit, cleverly connecting the desk and sofa, allowing the living room and multi-functional room to achieve "separation and integration" of emotional communication, creating more possibilities for shared enjoyment in the daily lives of a family of three.
Inspired by the personality and preferences of the young boy, the designer created a unique solitary stage just for him. Here, he is the sole protagonist. Naturally grown cacti serve as his clothes rack, and all encounters with nature become cherished childhood memories.
Design Challenge
Effectively integrating modern technological facilities and smart home systems to enhance the functionality and attractiveness of model rooms. Collaborating with technology suppliers to select reliable smart devices and systems, ensuring stability and user-friendliness of the facilities. Through demonstrations and training, ensure clients fully understand and experience the advantages of the technological facilities. Designing for innovation and differentiation to capture the attention and interest of potential homebuyers, thereby establishing a competitive advantage. Introducing novel design concepts and decorative styles based on market trends and preferences of target customers. Innovating in layout, color schemes, and furniture selection to create a unique model room experience.
Sustainability
Greenery and sustainability have always been advocated in the space. In the preliminary design phase, we did a lot of research, including making changes in form and structure, selecting natural materials, and incorporating emerging sustainable materials. The use of energy-saving lighting not only strictly adheres to environmental protection principles but also maximizes green design throughout the design process.
