This room takes dark wood as a tone and pays attention to exquisite decorative details, presenting a calm and noble atmosphere. The large bookshelves by the walls have built-in soft light strips to add warmth, and their black marble matches the texture of the floor. The interior furniture is properly arranged. With sofas and chairs surrounding a marble coffee table, the room is suitable for a relaxing chat. Besides, the art paintings on the background wall make the space cultural and artistic.

Project Brief

Following modern simplicity and hotel style, the reception uses dark stone with marble textures, metallic ceilings, and soft lighting, creating a noble and luxurious atmosphere. The walls are made of stone and wood and the display shelves are functional and decorative. The light-colored stone staircase with built-in handrails creates a simple and atmospheric vibe with soft lighting. Simple and quality overall design provides a comfortable and luxurious welcome experience. With dark wood and metal elements as tone, the sand area is calm and noble. As the center of the sales center, the area uses dark marble and metal borders so as to highlight sophistication. The metal mesh screen provides visual depth and privacy. The unique ceiling is made of acrylic translucent material surrounded by soft lighting, enhancing the brightness and layer of the space. With the surrounding screen and wall lamp, the design makes the area visually pleasing.

Project Need

In the elevator hall, the walls are made of light-colored marble and metal materials so as to give the space layer and depth. Quality metal-decorated elevator doors highlight the luxury in detail. Soft built-in ceiling lighting creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The dark stone in the center of the ground is embedded with the logo of the project as a visual focus. The white seats match the overall style and provide a comfortable experience. The smart use of materials and lighting makes the elevator hall luxurious and functional. The chat area has a sense of luxury by taking dark wood and metal elements as tone, a central wine rack, and a giant chandelier as the visual center. It provides an ideal chat environment equipped with a large and comfortable sofa, round coffee table, and decorative table. Fireplace on both sides of this area adds warmth. The design cleverly balances privacy and openness, which is suitable for small talk or large gatherings. Focusing on fun and creativity, this area uses bright colors and cute cartoon images. It is an interesting and imaginative space for children.

Design Challenge

Creating a pleasant and comfortable experience for customers while showcasing the attractiveness of the property is a major challenge in this project. By emphasizing strong design sensibilities and ensuring well-planned display spaces and comfortable resting areas, integrating natural light and greenery, the overall comfort is enhanced. Regular customer feedback and experience evaluations are conducted to promptly adjust and improve the design as needed.

Design to meet green building certification standards such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), ensuring the project achieves high standards of sustainable development throughout the design and construction processes. Enhance indoor environmental quality and comfort by improving ventilation systems and maximizing natural lighting. Implement energy-efficient equipment and lighting systems to reduce energy consumption. Utilize high-efficiency HVAC systems to minimize energy waste.
