Project Overview
The Guomao Sea Villa is only separated from the Guangfulin Cultural Site by a road, inheriting the echoes of four thousand years of civilisation under our feet. Nature and culture are intertwined, and prosperity and tranquillity coexist. Architecture and cultural context coexist, making it a unique "villa collection site" in Songjiang, injecting profound historical heritage into contemporary life. The designer takes the theme of "Spring Dawn in Fulin, Three Waves Returning to Lan" from the Ten Scenic Spots of Fulin as the design axis that runs through the space of the townhouse.
Drawing inspiration, Lan corresponds to orchids, and Jinxiu is a local imprint of Shanghai. At the same time, the naming and design intention of each space is combined with the reclusive philosophy of Eastern culture.
