Project Brief
In consideration of the fact that the original layout does not match the needs of the members, and the relatively small size of the unit and the lack of storage space, how to implement a spacious residential outline, give full play to the best efficiency of the space, and integrate it with elegant style preferences, led to two major design cores, the first is the appropriate and proportional reorganization of the layout, such as the original kitchen location as the master bedroom dressing room, the second bedroom partitioned into the kitchen and children's room; secondly, the integration of storage space, the design of the gray and white tone The design of the storage space is set in gray and white with metallic materials and linear elements to create an elegant and timeless tranquility in the American light luxury tune.
Project Innovation/Need
The master bedroom bed is designed with sliding doors, which are flexible enough to keep out the sound at night and provide a beautiful view during the day. The whole house uses the ingenuity of techniques, materials, and colors, echoing each detail, so that it blossoms with the depth of elegant taste and functional aesthetics.
Design Challenge
The foyer is decorated with amber mirrors to extend the vision of luxury, the canopy in the hall area is preserved and wrapped with beams to achieve visual aesthetics, the laminated panels are shaped to enrich the linear aesthetics, and the stone main wall is equipped with gold mirrors, titanium plated strips and wall lamps, which are refined in details to create an eye-catching texture. The back wall of the sofa introduces a line-paneled vocabulary, and together with the gray woven gauze doors of the cabinetry, it spreads the romantic mood of American style.
Sustainability
The entire room is covered with wood flooring, low formaldehyde panels and environmentally friendly coatings, combined with a full heat exchanger to create a safe and comfortable environment for children to grow.
