Project Brief

The designer has expertly blended various elements, including art, colour, stone, wood, and lighting, to infuse the residential space with a compelling story that stirs delicate emotions. The result is a space that exudes a "warmth" that instantly makes the guest house feel like a cosy haven.

Project Need

The most remarkable aspects of this space are the exquisite interior design elements, which include stainless steel water ripples, curved shapes, and metal accents. The clever use of strategic lighting contributes to a fluid texture that brings to mind the movement of wind and water. The ceiling pendants, shaped like delicate leaves and floating effortlessly in the air, imbue the space with a romantic and beautiful aura. Additionally, the high-end imported furniture and stunning artwork combine to create an opulent and inviting atmosphere, making visitors feel as though they have stepped into a magnificent art palace.

Design Challenge

The venue boasts not only a visually stunning aesthetic but also a strong commitment to preserving the environment. The design team believes that eco-friendliness should be a top priority, and as such, we have taken numerous measures to achieve this goal. One of the team’s most significant initiatives involves the installation of large external windows, which enable us to harness natural light and reduce our reliance on artificial lighting during the day.

Sustainability

Additionally, the design team has resourcefully selected low-energy installations and highly efficient LED lighting throughout the venue, which significantly lowers our energy consumption and contributes to energy savings and carbon reduction. The ultimate goal is to create a space that is both visually appealing and environmentally sustainable, ensuring that we leave a positive impact on both the present and future generations.
