Project Overview
The main innovation of this product focuses on the "aluminium A-frame ladder anti-tipping device". It enhances the lateral stability of the aluminium A-frame ladder by allowing the support rods to be in direct contact with the ground and using the diagonal connection of the connecting rods. In addition, rollers were added to facilitate the movement of the ladder.

Project Brief
This product is the world's first collapsible and anti-tipping aluminium ladder, patented in Taiwan and Japan. The product is primarily designed to enhance ladder safety and comfort. Incorporating an anti-tipping device provides additional stability preventing lateral tipping during use. Its multi-angle and multi-segment design allows it to adapt to various working environments with limited space or uneven ground, making it more secure during operation and effectively safeguarding the user's safety.
The hidden support feet do not take up additional storage space and can be automatically folded by lightly stepping on the pedal. Unlike other safety aluminium ladders on the market, this product adopts a modular design concept. When damage occurs, the damaged parts can be directly replaced without replacing the entire ladder, thus extending its service life, saving costs, and providing more possibilities for the future development of this aluminium ladder.
Project Innovation/Need
According to statistics from the World Health Organization, in the United States alone, over 160,000 people are injured, and 300 deaths occur annually due to falls from ladders, making it a leading cause of fatalities in construction sites. due to the widespread use of portable and mobile ladders in various work settings, people often overlook the potential dangers associated with ladder usage and neglect safety precautions. This can lead to occupational accidents and fatalities. In response to this issue, we have designed the Steadfast Ladder with the aim of enhancing the safety of ladder users. Their goal is to ensure that everyone, whether in a work or home environment, can work safely and with peace of mind.
Design Challenge
Compared to various safety aluminum ladders available in the market, our product can be effectively adjusted according to the usage environment and can be quickly folded without taking up much space. The main beams of our ladder have consistent widths at the top and bottom, allowing them to fit snugly against walls and increase stability. It provides enhanced safety, reduces labor costs, and improves both safety and convenience.
Sustainability
We are a team from Taiwan, all material suppliers are Taiwan manufacturers, ladders are also assembled in Taiwan, and the modular design used in this product, when wear and tear occurs, can directly replace the damaged parts without replacing the entire aluminium ladder. This extends the life of the ladder and saves costs so that consumers don't have to spend a lot of money to buy a new one.
The replaced device can be recycled, according to the aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, and steel screws... The replaced devices can be recycled and sorted according to aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, steel screws, etc., and will be melted into new products when the next batch of material is produced so as to do our part for environmental protection. At the same time, it can also make this aluminium ladder have more development possibilities in the future.
