This is an exquisite commercial space designed for a beverage store located in Canada, specializing in the sale of Taiwan's most famous beverage - Bubble Milk Tea. The design team has brilliantly incorporated Canada's most breathtaking natural mountain scenery into the design concept. The stunning sloped roof of the building is inspired by the majestic mountain ranges of Los Angeles, creating a captivating and harmonious blend of nature and architecture. The Zen style of Eastern culture provides the spatial base, while modern design aesthetics lend a contemporary vibe to the overall ambiance of the space. The result is a stunningly beautiful beverage center that seamlessly blends the natural environment, the art of tea, and humanistic feelings. It's a place where you can immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of tea art while enjoying your favorite drink.

Project Brief
As you step inside the store, you'll immediately notice the awe-inspiring design that follows the structure of the building's pitched roof. The design team has taken inspiration from the majestic mountain range and has expertly stacked wood veneer boards one on top of the other, creating a stunning visual representation of nature's beauty.
To further enhance the store's aesthetic appeal, terrazzo tiles have been used on the floor and counter. This creates a seamless flow from the flat surface to the façade, giving the store a sense of fluidity and continuity. The terrazzo tiles on the counter are cut with simple and clean dots and lines, highlighting the pure and delicate texture of the cabinets.
Project Innovation/Need
The furnished seating area is no less impressive, evoking a sense of calm and tranquility, reminiscent of a serene camping site. This exclusive space allows customers to take a moment to themselves, bask in the essence of nature, and savor the aroma of tea all at once. You'll feel as though you've been transported to a peaceful oasis that's worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Design Challenge
On one side of the wall, there are striking display cabinets crafted from metalized high-pressure laminate. This material not only refracts the light source in a unique way, producing an ethereal flow of light, but it also reflects the breathtaking images of sunrise and sunset in the mountains and forests. The entire space is infused with natural elements and is designed in a "Zen style" that creates a fresh and simple ambiance. The resulting atmosphere is warm and inviting, reminiscent of the aroma of a freshly brewed cup of tea that lingers on the senses. This commercial space is a haven for those seeking a serene and intellectual atmosphere, where one can unwind, relax and rejuvenate.
Sustainability
The commercial space design not only incorporates stunning local natural landscapes but also seamlessly blends aesthetic design and natural ecology. The space presents an aesthetic masterpiece, combining the core concepts of a "friendly environment and sustainability". The design of the large windows allows abundant natural light to flood into the space, reducing the dependence on artificial lighting during the day. The angled display cabinets are thoughtfully designed to allow natural light to illuminate the cabinets without any obstruction. This minimizes the need for additional lighting fixtures and reduces unnecessary wastage of resources.
The space is designed to provide a friendly environment for co-prosperity, fulfilling the basic concept of "friendly environment and sustainability". It aims to inspire individuals to reflect on the future of humanity and the environment. The design intends to create a sustainable life that cares for the local community and presents a concept of living in harmony.
