Project Overview

Architecture and space are not just mere structures meant for living and storage. They embody a deeper purpose of being a medium to convey a story. The current project is a brilliant example of seamlessly integrating a sales office with a showroom by incorporating the theme of "Star River Roaming". The design team has taken a dynamic approach to the layout by creating a visually stunning Star River Wanderer. Unlike the traditional floor-by-floor setup, the space is strategically arranged to take visitors on a journey of storytelling. As soon as you step inside, you are immediately immersed in a narrative environment that unfolds amazing stories.

Project Brief

As you step into the reception vestibule, you'll find yourself surrounded by light white walls and a band of light that resembles a coastline. The design aims to blend the virtual and real worlds, creating a seamless transition. The glossy black marble floor reflects like a mirror, making the space appear larger. In one corner, a semi-circular arc is adorned with a blue screen with starlight-like dots, giving the impression of a window to the universe. The elevator also follows this starry sky imagery. The reception desk appears to be sailing forward like a ship, adding a touch of excitement to the serene and romantic atmosphere. It seems eager to explore all the possibilities of space.

Project Need

The exquisite "Star River Vortex" sandbox area is a masterful construction of multi-dimensional curves that evoke the sensation of bearing all things. It's akin to an art gallery that transcends both time and space, with its interlocked wooden curved lines forming a vortex flow that exudes a remarkable artistic tension. The area offers a unique experience of time-space flight as you move through it, immersing you in a world of unparalleled beauty.

The bar area, titled "Star River Pier", is a natural extension of the peripheral space of the sand table area. It boasts of delicate and independent design, providing ample space for walking, stopping, and experiencing. The gentle moonlight-colored overhead lights in the water bar create a bright and clear atmosphere that makes this resting space both functional and comfortable. This creates a perfect ambiance for unwinding and enjoying your surroundings.

Design Challenge

The discussion and meeting area, titled "Star River Canyon", is an ode to natural symbols that build a lively conversation area. The wild and luxurious styles of tents, picnic chairs, gravel floor, and cactus are mixed together in perfect harmony, creating an open and exciting atmosphere for intergalactic cruising. The rugged terrain and the natural elements surrounding the area offer an authentic experience that is unmatched. It's a perfect spot to engage in lively conversations with friends and acquaintances while enjoying the thrill of intergalactic cruising.

Displayed are three distinct model rooms, each with its unique style. The first room offers a calming atmosphere with original wood color and warm white tones. The living area is free from a TV wall and instead boasts a projected white wall, creating a light and tranquil ambiance. This design concept makes the living room multi-functional, with a desk stacked on top of each other, and the projection placed on the desk, blending seamlessly with the leisurely sofa area and adding elegance to the office space. Moreover, the main dining area utilizes a convertible dining table, making the best use of the large living room space.

Sustainability

In response to the growing concern for environmental preservation, this project features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows in the main area. This design allows ample natural light to enter the space, creating a sun-filled atmosphere. As a result, users can rely less on artificial lighting during the day, contributing to lower power consumption and reduced carbon emissions. Additionally, this practice can increase the longevity of lighting fixtures. Overall, the project promotes energy efficiency and sustainability.
