Project Brief

The overall aesthetic is elevated by the lavish texture of one-of-a-kind marble, which seamlessly blends with the chosen color palette. The final result is a minimalist yet breathtakingly stunning ambiance that represents the resident's desire for freedom and flexibility in their lifestyle.
The objective of this endeavor is to construct a spacious area that is transparent and contains numerous storage options through the implementation of multiple cabinets.

Project Innovation/Need

Upon entering the public area, one’s eyes will be immediately drawn to the vast and expansive design that creates a sense of immense space, allowing for comfortable movement throughout the area. The owner's desire for transparency is evident through the large windows that adorn the space, and the addition of mirrors that serve to enhance the natural light and add to the bright and airy atmosphere.

Design Challenge

In anticipation of frequent social gatherings, two distinct dining areas have been thoughtfully incorporated into the design - one with round tables, the other with long tables - providing ample seating for guests and versatile uses for the space. As one transition into the private area, the light and elegant color palette remains, complemented by warm wood tones that create an inviting and cozy ambiance, enveloping one in a sense of comfort and tranquility. Each time one enters this space, one will feel as though you are embarking on a journey of healing, where all your worries can be left behind.

Sustainability

This project endeavors to tackle global climate change and encourage environmental conservation. Using large windows in both public and private areas allows for natural light to illuminate the space, thus reducing the need for artificial lighting. Moreover, energy-saving LED lamps are incorporated to curtail energy consumption. Using sustainable eco-wood flooring in the private quarters is a conscious effort to reduce the project's environmental impact. As a result, this project offers a stunning and eco-friendly living space that promotes "Habitat Health," "Eco-Health,” "People Health," and "Earth Sustainability.”
