Project Brief
Class Solver wanted to scale the product and the existing excel prototype was hard to version and also maintain as more schools came on board. So we looked at re-creating it as a web based system which multiple schools can signup for and start using to do there class allocations. This included porting the proprietary algorithm to a new technology stack to ensure that it can still do the class allocations based on the data that schools entered.
Project Need
Schools spend countless hours taking down notes on which kid shouldn't be with what kid, listening to parents requests. This products take all of that kind of information into one place and helps schools to make the right decisions and visualise there data.
User Experience
The product started it's life as a single user excel spreadsheet and has been transformed into a responsive multi-user web based SaaS product. We did some testing of the excel prototype and also looked at similar products to find the best experiences for users.
Project Marketing
The product has been marketed through education conferences and also through EDM's and direct referrals.

Class Solver treats your data security very seriously. Your data is stored in Australia and we follow industry best-practice security protocols.
