Project Brief

This project is envisioned as a special event space intended to provide the owner with a unique and comfortable environment for hosting gatherings with friends and family. In addition to offering a variety of functional amenities, the design incorporates an intelligent LED lighting system and innovative features such as curved walls and a starry sky roof. These elements are not only aimed at redefining the layout of the guest house but also at paving the way for a fresh approach to future guest house designs. 

Project Need

The team thoughtfully altered the balance of stone and wood in the recreation room, restaurant, and office areas to create distinct atmospheres tailored to their intended uses. By skillfully incorporating various materials and lighting designs, they were able to add depth and dimension to the spaces while also elevating their overall aesthetic appeal.
In the open shared living area, clear glass partitions enclose the space, which is defined by the use of light-colored stone and furniture, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere with plenty of natural light.
To complement the restaurant's layout with ample windows, the team has selected round dining tables, allowing natural light to bathe each seating area while also providing enough space to accommodate a higher number of diners with ease.
The entertainment room features a spectacular ceiling designed to resemble a starry sky, enhancing the immersive experience for users with the use of glass tiles, large tiles, and mirrors, all illuminated by carefully placed lamps.

Design Challenge

The versatile design emphasizes its functionality through flexible space planning. It begins with private dining areas in the restaurant, offering an intimate and comfortable ambiance. Additionally, an office space is designed to optimize productivity with dedicated negotiation areas. Moreover, the recreation room features an array of playful facilities and a distinctive star-roof design. These elements not only enrich the atmosphere for family gatherings and social activities but also contribute to an enhanced quality of life.
The project's innovation is embodied in the celestial theme of the entertainment room. Instead of traditional main lights, the space utilizes a unique combination of a plaster ceiling and fiber optic lights to simulate a starry sky effect. This cosmic ambiance extends into the compartments through the use of glass tiles and lamps, creating an enchanting and harmonious atmosphere. Additionally, the reflective tiles and strategically placed mirrors enhance the room's sense of depth, offering an immersive experience akin to traversing the endless expanse of the universe and its myriad of stars.

Sustainability

This exciting project is dedicated to incorporating eco-friendly principles into every aspect of its design and implementation. From carefully selecting environmentally sustainable building materials such as slab tiles, masonite boards, and paints, to integrating high-efficiency intelligent LED lighting systems, the project aims to not only create a comfortable and safe space for activities but also to significantly reduce energy consumption and decrease the carbon footprint of the building. This holistic approach provides a sustainable and forward-thinking solution for the benefit of future generations.
