The freezing display cabinet combines high capacity, easy product visibility, and customizable features to offer effective and convenient refrigerating and freezing solutions. With its double-opening large glass doors and side observation windows, users can effortlessly inspect the products. The display cabinet's highly customizable multi-functional board area further enhances information transfer efficiency and optimizes the shopping experience. Additionally, it is equipped with temperature zoning management and an intelligent system to significantly improve operational and managerial efficiency.

Project Brief

The growth of the domestic cold drinks and cold food industry has led to an increasing demand for freezers with larger capacities and display areas. In response to this, a freezing display cabinet has been developed featuring a spacious box structure and a large-capacity basket design, providing 351L of storage space that can accommodate a significant quantity of goods. The arrangement of small hanging baskets at the top, large-capacity baskets at the bottom, and adjustable shelves allow for flexible layout adjustments to meet various items' display and storage needs.

Additionally, the double-opening glass door design and side observation window significantly increase the display area compared to similar products, offering consumers a broader view and facilitating easier product selection.

Project Innovation/Need

The design of the freezing display cabinet prioritizes enhancing internal capacity and expanding the display area to optimize the user's shopping experience comprehensively.

Capacity: The freezing display cabinet's wide box structure and large-capacity basket design provide an internal storage space of 351 L. Additionally, small hanging baskets allow the placement of light-frozen foodstuffs in the higher temperature area above the cabinet, effectively utilizing the internal space for efficient classification and storage of diverse commodities.

Visibility: The cabinet features a double-opening window design and two observation windows on the side, greatly expanding the display area to attract consumer attention. Users can observe products from multiple angles, enhancing shopping efficiency. A removable display board on the interior top facilitates the display of advertisements, price tags, and other information, achieving quick replacement of the board and providing users with comprehensive product details and optimizing the shopping experience.

Design Challenge

The primary challenge encountered in this project revolved around enhancing the operational management efficiency of chilled or frozen commodities. To address this issue, the product integrates an advanced management system that enables real-time environmental monitoring and precise data recording of key parameters such as temperature and humidity. This empowers merchants to continuously monitor the surrounding environment of the cabinet and make timely adjustments to ensure optimal preservation conditions of goods. Additionally, the system provides real-time inventory monitoring, assisting merchants in maintaining ideal inventory levels and ensuring a consistent and timely supply of merchandise.

Sustainability

The product is constructed with a precoated steel plate liner and an aluminium alloy reinforced cabinet opening to enhance durability and minimize economic loss and resource wastage from frequent equipment replacement. Additionally, the utilization of low-ohmic value tempered coated reflective glass assists in effectively retaining cold air within the cabinet, thus minimizing energy loss in alignment with contemporary environmental conservation principles.

Furthermore, the freezing display cabinet incorporates built-in intelligent sensors designed to automatically adapt the operational parameters in response to environmental variations, thereby reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint.
