Project Brief

As living standards and health consciousness continue to rise, private pools are becoming more common year by year. However, traditional cleaning methods often demand significant time and manual labor, with results that can fall short of expectations.

To meet modern pool owners’ demands for efficiency, convenience, and environmental protection, the Beatbot AquaSense 2 integrates state-of-the-art technologies to offer a smarter, more thorough cleaning solution—all while being genuinely eco-friendly. Equipped with advanced sensors and optimization algorithms, it delivers exceptional performance while simplifying operation, making it intuitive to control. It's where intelligence meets user-friendliness.

Project Innovation/Need

- The robot is equipped with two ultrasonic radars for precise mapping and path optimization. With this intelligent performance, it can adapt in real-time to changes in the cleaning areas, dynamically adjusting its path to maximize efficiency and minimize redundant efforts.

- It features a forward tilt that reduces water resistance and increases downward pressure, while improving its maneuverability and wall adhesion underwater. This prevents tipping during operation for a more stable and dependable cleaning process.

- Featuring Beatbot’s exclusive buoyancy chamber system, the robot can stably rest on the water surface for extended periods after completing its cleaning tasks. Thanks to meticulous weight distribution, it maintains a perfect balance between the pool bottom, walls, and surface.

- The robot automatically charges by simply placing it on the wireless charging dock.

Design Challenge

The primary challenge in this design was improving the user experience while ensuring efficient cleaning. To this end, the Beatbot AquaSense 2 incorporates an intelligent path-planning system that can dynamically adjust to actual cleaning scenarios. Its built-in learning algorithms automatically tailor the cleaning process to individual needs, offering personalized modes for the best results. Additionally, the top cover features a highly integrated functional area and a seamless grip, ensuring a sleek, uniformed appearance while enhancing usability of the core area. This thoughtful design also simplifies control and monitoring, making pool cleaning a breeze and elevating the overall user experience.

Sustainability

Crafted using advanced IMR technology (In-Mold Decoration by Roller), the Beatbot AquaSense 2 boasts a smooth texture and robust quality, offering more than just visual appeal—it enhances adaptability in various environments. By eliminating the need for traditional spray painting, this process reduces environmental impact and helps maintain the quality of pool water. Moreover, the IMR technique improves the product's resistance to corrosion and scratches, significantly extending its lifespan.
