Project Brief

Ranging from the entrance door to the vistas, the office embellished with diversified material textures and styles efficiently exhibits the varied and extensible space characteristics.

Project Need

Surrounded by abundant plants and with sufficient sunlight, the office is full of invigorating and cheerful aura. Given the wonderful environmental conditions, the building is ideal for the working space.

Design Challenge

Without extra adornments and concerning the people sensations, the office diffuses the amiable and affable impressions. The indoor space is capacious, and the design plan centers on presenting smooth traffic flows and pleasant working experiences. The designer endeavors to create the delightful working environment that takes into considerations thoroughly the people’s demands.

Sustainability

Ornamented comprehensively in elegant white and mild wood textures, the office furnished with the exposed beams delicately constitutes the clear-cut LOFT style. The clear-glass sliding windows isolating areas enlarge the visual scope. The island table is welcomingly accessible for everyone. The vistas encompassing the Yoshitomo Nara art paintings and suspended lamps are alluring. Concurrently, the marbles exhibiting variegated pattern give rise to the intriguing contrast to the pervasive simple style as well.

Open to all international projects this award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
