Project Brief
The design theme is Global Traveler, a traveller who travels around the world.
Creating a luxurious, elegant, and classic atmosphere as a whole, using warm tones such as gold coffee colour and exquisite luxurious decorative elements to create a high cabinet and elegant atmosphere, satisfying customers who pursue high quality and value lifestyle.
The art sculpture of the foyer - 'Gilded Years' flows, consciousness is detached from the passage of light, water flavour medium, free rhythm art embodies the rings of the times, and the forms are ever-changing and infinite.
On the antique shelf in the study, there are ornaments and books, as well as ornaments purchased and collected by the male and female hosts during their travels; Placing decorative items with a humanistic atmosphere on the countertop showcases the owner's lifestyle and the warmth of the home. The male host leisurely enjoys cigars and fine wine in the bar area, enjoying a rare leisure time while sharing stories and experiences with friends.
The superior daylighting of the super large opening French window and the contrast of the deep colours on the wall balance the over-bright light, making the vision more comfortable. The multifunctional room integrates multiple functions such as music, reading, wine tasting, meditation, etc. The metal bookshelves on the walls showcase a transparent and lightweight beauty.
Creating a room with the theme of "rugby" for the boy can fully showcase his vitality and team spirit while creating a space full of sports atmosphere and children's charm.
Project Innovation/Need
In terms of innovation and market demand in model house projects, design increasingly focuses on integrating real-life scenarios, such as incorporating the theme of Global Guest, to meet the higher pursuit and imagination of homebuyers for life. In terms of storage, such as opening drawers to store daily necessities, it feels like a real home in use, allowing buyers to intuitively feel the authenticity and warmth of their future living environment, thereby enhancing their willingness to purchase.
Design Challenge
1. Space layout and functional optimization: Achieving optimal functional layout and comfort within a limited space is an important issue that designers need to address.
2. Lighting and Atmosphere Creation: Lighting design is crucial for creating an atmosphere in a model house. Designers need to carefully plan the lighting layout and colour tone matching to create a warm, comfortable, and elegant atmosphere.
3. Detail processing and quality improvement: Detail processing is the key to improving the quality of model houses. Designers need to pay attention to every detail, from material selection to construction techniques, from furniture placement to decoration matching, all of which require careful planning and execution.
Sustainability
Incorporating the concept of sustainability into the design of the model house, we no longer just focus on display in the furniture section. We take into account true ergonomics and also consider size and comfort.
In various scenarios, the items placed are not only for display, but also serve functional purposes. For example, the record player in the living room, the lifting infinite charging socket integrated with the desk, the sound system in the multifunctional room, the weight scale in the bathroom, and so on. They can not only enhance the immersion and purchase intention of homebuyers, but also ensure the actual residential value of model houses.
