Project Brief
This case integrates the contemporary spirit, extracts the ideal lifestyle of the peak population, and builds a new model of urban luxury life. Condense humanities and arts, link urban temperament, in the modern imagination, the artistic elements and the living site will be integrated and symbiosis, reshaping the charm of life at the same time annotating the new imagination of life.
Project Innovation/Need
The luxurious and wide-scale living room space outlines the outline of life with artistic strokes. The green luxury stone with a natural texture is continuous and open, and the metal furnishings with low-key luster add visual richness to the space.
Design Challenge
Free scale, flexible layout, make life more colorful. As an inspiration area, the elegant eternal color and delicate texture of the texture of thoughts in the light and shadow soothing and elegant, only hang the rich spiritual world.
Sustainability
This project makes extensive use of local natural materials such as stone, bamboo, and recycled wood, which significantly reduces the carbon emissions generated by material transportation.
At the same time, bricks and steel from the demolition of the original buildings are recycled and reused, which not only reduces the generation of construction waste but also saves costs.
Through scientific and reasonable planning, the project ensures that the building layout and window design make the most of natural light. For example, large floor-to-ceiling windows and light guide tubes are installed, enabling the interior to function without relying on artificial lighting during the day, thus significantly reducing electricity consumption.
