Everbright Tianjiao International is located at the golden intersection of Dongguan Avenue and Hongfu East Road. It is situated in the heart of the city and enjoys the natural scenery of Huangqi Mountain, integrating nature and luxury. Project Brief

With aesthetic design techniques, art, fashion, and luxury are seamlessly integrated in just the right way, presenting the power of the residents' enjoyment of life and their unique personalities. The living environment is vividly depicted in a unique manner. Modernity, luxury, and multiple dimensions, various elements are perfectly reflected in the living room.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows, with their expansive view, capture the most beautiful natural scenery and urban landscape to the greatest extent possible. Standing out with their majestic presence, they become the visual focus, allowing one to experience the boundless vision in the realm of the elite.

Project Need

In the prime golden location of the city centre, a top-notch luxury mansion for the elite circle is created. With the integration of the living room, dining room and kitchen (LDK), an extra-large reception area is formed, and all functional areas are smoothly connected.

The luxurious 13.3-meter landscape balcony offers a panoramic view of the mountains and the city. Artworks featuring the flower of Dongguan, which represents the local culture, are incorporated, filling the space with an artistic atmosphere. The materials are luxurious, and the landscape is priceless. The project not only benefits from Huangqi Mountain, the urban green lung, but also has invested heavily in creating an art garden covering an area of over 100,000 square meters, creating a modern living realm of "being hidden in the city and finding peace in the heart".

Design Challenge

People's pursuit of luxury mansions has transcended the material level. In addition to seeking a superior location, spacious space, and exquisite materials, they also have a stronger yearning for inner peace and freedom.

From the grand and imposing spatial scale, to the luxurious and delicate material details, and then to the diverse and comprehensive functional layout, this project comprehensively interprets the quality and connotation of top-level luxury mansions, and customises an exclusive lifestyle for the high-end social circle.

Sustainability

The indoor space makes full use of natural light. With the design of large-area glass curtain walls and skylights, coupled with an intelligent dimming system, it can not only ensure sufficient lighting but also effectively reduce lighting energy consumption.

In addition, the integration of the green plant wall on the balcony enables these green plants not only to purify the air and regulate the indoor microclimate, but also to create a living atmosphere that allows residents to get close to nature. Thus, a sustainable living environment where humans and nature coexist in harmony is truly realised.
