There’s a chicken and egg circumstance here – for the last 2 years we’ve been talking to government advisors and keep getting bounced because the scheme is an idea.
Not being deterred we’ve decided to register in 100 blocks pledges of properties
Our horizons are
- 100 pledge for proof of concept
- 1,000 to show it scales
- 10,000 to send a message to Canberra
- 100,000 to deliver immediate impact across the country
- 400,000 to solve homelessness
We’re expecting not every pledge will convert – so the process will be, when the legislation/tax change is completed – pledge properties will be contacted in order of pledge – first in first offered.
A pledged property will then have 30 days to accept the invitation, delay the invitation or cancel the pledge.
There are many tax and legal matters that will only become clear when the legislation is complete – until then you have the opportunity at no cost and no binding commitment to be at the front of the queue
