Project Overview
The VicSuper Mobile App has undergone a significant transformation to make it simple, safe, and secure for our members to use, anywhere and anytime.
Prior to May, the VicSuper Mobile App had limited online functionality and was primarily used as a means for Members to stay abreast of their Super rather than a tool for transacting and maintain their Super online.
Using the UX design and features of the multi-award winning Aware Mobile App as a base, we are enhancing the member experience by building key native features within the mobile app, rather than linking to a web browser. This has enabled a simpler and more seamless experience for members.

Project Need
Deliver significant changes for VicSuper members with enhanced UX / UI design and transactional capabilities to make managing their Super easier.
User Experience
For VicSuper Members, they are now about to manage their retirement savings on the go, anywhere, anytime with the new VicSuper App.
We have made it easier to:
• Login securely using biometrics
• View your account
• Check your investment with enhanced performance and unit price charts
• Keep on top of your statements
• Update your bank account details
• Update your mobile number
• Create a unique username
• Make direct debit contributions
• share your super fund details with your employer, should you change jobs.
Project Marketing
There are great things ahead for VicSuper Members and the team have started to share this on the VicSuper Website along with promotional communications to our members and an upcoming social media campaign to raise awareness of the newly transformed mobile app.
