Project Overview
Heju BLUETOWN Wuxi Taolichunfeng is adjacent to Dangkou Ancient Town, bringing together the historical heritage of the ancient town and inheriting local humanistic characteristics. The design seeks inspiration from the prosperity of Kangxi's Southern Tour, draws a quality living space for modern elites, and builds a second living room for urban life adjacent to nature.

Project Brief
The whole project is planned for the sales office, master workshop, model area, and other functional areas, and achieves the atmosphere of modern Chinese artistic conception in the fun of the garden.
Project Need
The sales office depicted by Blue City BDS has moved away from a single sales orientation but instead displays the water background of the future community in the extension of the physical space. Tradition and modernity are interwoven here, commerce and experience are also connected, and real and everyday community life is present. Whether it is meeting guests to negotiate, enjoying tea and scenery, or enjoying the wild garden, the richness and beauty of life between ancient and modern dialogues can be found in the high-level life scenes and functional layout created by the design.

Sustainability
In order to ensure the sustainable development of the project and reduce the consumption of materials, in the selection of sales office materials, the maximum possibility to choose environmentally friendly materials, the maximum utilization, and reduce the waste of materials caused by segmentation. The introduction of natural light into the interior minimizes the project's light pollution.
Interior Design - Sales Center
This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. Consideration also given to space allocation, flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
