This model allows employees to choose their workspace according to their preferences and job requirements, extending Sanofi's existing remote work policy.
3. Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: The workspace is designed to be accessible and comfortable for all employees, including those with disabilities. The office features spacious areas, visual cues, a dedicated clinic, and a nursing room for mothers.
4. Integration of Local Cultural Elements: The new headquarters combines modern architecture with Vietnamese cultural traditions, using local bamboo furniture to create a flexible, welcoming, and professional environment that fosters collaboration and sparks creativity.
Design Challenge
1. Materials: The design of the new headquarters integrates modern architecture with Vietnamese cultural traditions, using local bamboo furniture. This not only supports local artisans but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with transporting materials.
2. Understanding the Market's Needs: The workspace is designed to be open, modern, and flexible, promoting interaction and creativity among employees. This approach aligns with the needs of a modern workforce that values collaboration and innovation.
